When you train with Drae, you get personalized exercise sessions are based on an hour of focused effort. The hour program consists of a warm up, strength and or cardiovascular conditioning and stretching. Each session will be customized based upon your abilities and goals. Sessions are progressive to keep your body steadily improving, steer you clear of a plateau and completely avoid injury, bringing you to a high level of health and performance.
Fees – Effective September 15, 2010
- Consulation – Free
- Session to Session – $70.00
- Introduction Special $100.00/4 session Note: Only one Per Customer
- Level 1 Training Special $240.00/6 sessions
- Level 2 Training Special $300.00/10 sessions
- Level 3 Training Special $375.00/15 sessions
- Larger Contracts are negotiable
