Senior Exercise Classes
Beginning Wednesday, September 22, co-ed senior exercise classes will meet from 10-11 a.m. in the gym at the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection, 420 Stewart Avenue, Garden City. These classes are designed for mature adults to improve balance, expand range of movement and increase strength by using a variety of specific exercises geared to the needs and abilities of participants.
