Lose Weight

I have the experience working with women, men and young teens at all levels of fitness.  And my goal is to show you how to lose the weight or fat and keep it off through a customized fitness program and nutritional recommendations.

I will be there to provide you with education, motivation and support as you work towards your goals. I am highly skilled in prescribing and teaching a variety of exercises and weight lifting activities that will help you lose weight. A session usually lasts an hour. In between sessions I will review and monitor how you are developing and track and keep records of  your progress. 

In your first session you can expect to go through a number of tests which will help me determine your level of fitness so that they can prescribe the correct training program for you to lose weight in a healthy manner.  Please remember that it takes more than exercise or fitness activities or weightlifting to lose weight.  My recommendations for food and nutrition, and modifying your diet are important to achieving your goals.
