What results can I expect to see from your Personal Training program?
You will see and feel results the first day you start my Personal Training program. I will design a program for you AND show you the correct exercise form and techniques that will optimize your exercise movement so you can get maximum benefit. You will see that it should feel natural. The body doesn’t like pain and will do everything it can to avoid it, but there is a distinct difference between good pain, "feeling the burn", and bad paint that comes from injury. Focusing on correct exercise form and technique incorporates more muscle throughout the exercise workouts which results in increased lean muscle, muscle toning, muscle strength, metabolism, and weight loss. Using correct exercise form and technique also increases muscle balance, which prevents injury. Your body will also feel more balanced and therefore, you will become much stronger.
How long will it take to see results from your Personal Training?
The time it take for you to see results with my personal training program depends on your initial level of fitness, your diet nutrition, genetics, and most of all, your commitment. If you are committed, I am confident that you will to see your fitness results in a shorter amount of time than you are realistically expecting. Most people want results instantly or don’t think they can look a certain way because of bone structure or how they always have looked. Every time I have a client who is committed to truly achieving their fitness results, I have transformed their bodies better than they had thought was possible.
How are you different than other Personal Trainers?
Although I have the certifications in fitness and personal training, and also the certifications in First Aid and CPR, health and fitness is a way of life for me. I eat, breathe, drink and sleep fitness, good nutritional habits and working out. It’s also about body balance, exercising for your muscles to be balanced, and eating balanced and correctly for your fitness goals, having the physically active your body requires to be healthy, to feel and be your best. That is one of the reasons why I became an all natural bodybuilding competitor with NPC. I went from being a regular guy to being a competitor on stage inside of 12 months. I live and walk what I talk. I want to be an inspiration, role model, and beacon of light for good health and fitness.

I have am also available to travel longer distances on a case by case basis. And soon I will be launching my online personal training service for busy professionals on the go.
