Maria asks…
What would convince you to purchase online personal training?
I have been a certified personal trainer for 15 years and recently have started training some clients online through my website ad would like to know what someone may be looking for in a online personal trainer?

Drae answers:
I don’t think a personal trainer online is such a good idea.. Well i t might be at the start but i don’t think you’ll have the same results..

Linda asks…
What to expect from weekly personal training?
I’m going to get weekly personal training for 15 weeks – and I’m nervous. I’ve never played a sport and I’ve never been an athlete. I’ve never run a mile (but that’s my goal). I am a little overweight from my pregnancy.
I just don’t know what to expect – will it be bearable? Should I expect any (physical) results in those 15 weeks? And how many times a week would I have to work out in addition to the personal training? I can make it 2/week, but I have a toddler at home so it’s hard to go to the gym more often.
And yes, I know I should ask the trainer this, I’m just wondering right now.

Drae answers:
I think it is great. You can expect to learn lot’s. He will start you off gradually then work you hard. Yes you should do some maintaining at home. He will set you up for that. You are really going to be soar for the first little while but make sure you eat properly and you will be alright.

Ken asks…
I have a personal training membership that is not taxed. Report in tax return?
I have a personal training membership, and when I recieve the bill, there is no tax. Do I report this in my tax return so that it can be taxed?

Drae answers:
If this is for membership dues, it is not taxable on a income tax return. If this is part of YOUR income, and you are a personal trainer receiving money from people for your services, then yes, you report it on your return.

George asks…
What is the right course to take for personal training?
What should i study in college or what should i major in, if i want to pursue personal training as a career?

Drae answers:
You should major in Kinesiology.

Laura asks…
How long does it take to see results with personal training?
I am not trying to lose weight just trying to tone up. I am 5’5” and 125lbs. I usually would stay fit by swimming but I got rid of my pool in June. So I am not as tone as I used to be and I want to tone a little for a trip I am taking in Feb. I am thinking about doing 12 30minute personal training sessions. That is all I can afford. Would that help? Would I see a difference?

Drae answers:
That should help quite a bit as long as you keep up the training between sessions. And concentrate more on strength training than cardio for the affect you are looking for. Make sure you include the proper amount of protein in your diet too.
Good Luck!!
