i bought muscle pharm assault. it has creatine in it.should ihave a gallon of water on restdays or workoutdays?
one scoop has 5 grams of creatine. it is a preworkout and also has other stuff in it. it says to take a minimum of a gallon of water a day. should i take this gallon of water on my rest days? or just the days i have my muscle pharm assault?

Drae answers:
A gallon of water? I assume the gallon of water would be when ever you are working out because you wouldn’t need that much water on the days that you aren’t working out. A gallon sounds an awful lot even for people who exercise a lot. I’ve heard that you actually need less than a gallon. Drinking too much water can hurt you. There is some kind of illness that can result from drinking too much water. I wouldn’t follow that advice. Go find out how much water you really need on your workout days. I’d Google it and find a legit source instead of that insane advice on the back of the creatine stuff. I think you only need about 3 to 5 glasses of water even on the days you workout. I don’t think I’ve ever drunk a gallon of water in a day in my life. Make sure you drink some water on the days you aren’t working out too, though. BTW, you can actually die from drinking water too quickly. I just wanted you to realize that. You’d have to drink quite a bit in a very quick time, though.

Ruth asks…
Safe for a 16 year old to take Muscle Pharm Assault?
I’m almost 17, and I have been using Kre-Alkalyn for a while now. I was wondering if it would be safe/ok for me to switch my pre-workout supplement to Muscle Pharm Assault.

Drae answers:
I wouldn’t recomend muscle pharm assualt in general , but don’t believe that you have to wait to take it until your 18. Go ahead and purchase some if you want to.

Susan asks…
Can i take both cellucor t7 and muscle pharm battle fuel without any ingredient problems?
I was wondering if these two would effect one another negatively or if there would be no complications. I’m not sure about them so if anyone knows please help me out

Drae answers:
I am not much experienced about cellucor but i heard some really good reviews about it.I wouldnt buy it anytime soon because its costly on my budget.Well t7 is a fat burner and battle fuel is a test booster.i would say its alright to stack them. But if you are under 21 you dont need a test booster.

I’m switching supps from superpump250 to assault from muscle pharm. Just curious if anyone else has used assault and knows anything about it. Thank you very muich.

Drae answers:
Supplementreviews.com has a lot of reviews on most of today’s popular supplements from people who have used or are using.
Assault got 8.5 out of 10 rating by users who liked the taste, said it built muscle but it was expensive.
