John asks…
How to do exercises in Men’s Fitness Magazine?
I just subscribed to Men’s Fitness and recently started working out. My question is how do you perform the exercises properly? I mean, in the fitness section of the magazine, there are usually three workouts (A, B, C). Do I do exercise A first, then rest a day, then B, then rest a day, and so on?? Also, some workouts require me to do exercises in between sets. Does this mean I do exercise A, exercise B, and then A, and B again until I’m done???
Please help me. I know that I over analyze things a lot, but I wan’t to learn how to be healthy.
Thanks.
Also, in Men’s Fitness, it seems like theres two different sections for workouts. Am I supposed to do the first section one day and the next section the next day? Or just choose a goal, and do the required exercises??

Chris asks…
Whats the best fitness magazine for Guys?
MY husband is really into fitness. (mainly muscle building) What magazine is best? he doesnt like the ones that only show adds. He likes ones that show a routine or recipes ect. Thanks!

Drae answers:
Look at “Ironman”, “Flex”, “MuscleMag”, Planet Muscle” and “Muscular Development”. They are for hardcore bodybuilders with articles on exercise routines, supplements and diet. “Men’s Health” has too much nonsense not related to fitness, and it has less complete routines than the mags I list. I quit reading it when it had some anti-gun propoganda and an article by Bill Maher who is obnoxious and ignorant. We do not need another Lunatic Left mag.

Where can I purchase Muscle & Fitness magazine in Toronto?
Post any malls or stores where I could find Muscle & Fitness magazine in Toronto or around Toronto.

Drae answers:
I’m not sure about this particular magazine, but I would check the following:
- Biggest bookstore in downtown (http://toronto.ibegin.com/retail/worlds-biggest-bookstore)
- “Chapters” (has the most of magazines)
- “Shoppers Drugmart”
- 7-eleven
