I have thunder thighs and a big butt so i always have trouble finding the right jeans!!!

Like doing crunches/sit ups/planks etc every other day pull in your stomach and make it thinner/look thinner?

Yes and no. That will definitely help to get you a tone stomach, although cardio is just as important for this. There is naturally a layer of fat covering your abdominal muscles, so you can have very nice muscles, but if the fat is still there you won’t be able to see them. To adjust for this, you should add in some cardio, such as running or biking. Also, you should make sure you eat healthily. Hope this helps!

How do you measure an exercise ball?

I am 6’5″ and was given an exercise ball for Christmas. It is a 75cm ball. I’m not sure how to properly measure the ball to make sure that it is inflated properly. I could use some help. Thanks for your advice.

My exercise ball came with a tape measure like thing that goes around the middle of the ball to make sure it’s fully inflated. If yours didn’t come with that, try a tape measure, either the soft kind that a seamstress would use or one from a tool kit should work.

I am 16 year old male weighing in 257 pounds and my height is 5 feet and 11 inches. I already lost 9 pounds doing this.I dont eat/drink foods full of sugar like soda and cake.I maintain a 1500 calorie intake. My workout is (using 8 pound dumbbells all i got)150 dumbbell lifts(75 times each hand) 150 dumbell presses 150 dumbell flies 150 jumping jacks 150 sit ups 150 leg raises and 15 minutes of jogging.I also take 1 scoop of whey protein powder when i wake up 1 after my workout and 1 before going to sleep
